Where can I find your products ?

You can find us on the shelves at a few local stores — check out our Find Us page for the most up-to-date list.

We also pop up at small businesses and events around Seattle, WA. Follow us on Instagram to see where we’ll be next!

Where do you ship?

We currently ship anywhere within the U.S.! We hope to expand beyond soon, so stay tuned.

How long does shipping take?

We do our best to process your order within 3–5 business days. After that, delivery typically takes 7–10 days, depending on your location.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep!

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes! We offer local delivery within select Seattle and Greater Seattle zip codes. When you check out, you’ll see local delivery as an option if your address qualifies.

If I placed an order local delivery (Seattle) what day will it be delivered?

We generally do local deliveries on Saturday or Sunday, depending on location. If you have any questions about your local delivery order, please contact us at snackgochiso@gmail.com.

If I selected local pickup, when will I be able to pick up my order?

To coordinate pickup, email us at snackgochiso@gmail.com and include in the subject line: "Local Pickup - [Your Order #]" to arrange and confirm your pickup time.

You will receive a pickup notification via email as soon as your items are available for pickup.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Our snacks are shelf-stable and come in a resealable bag with a silica packet. Product unopened will last 6 months. We recommend eating within one month of opening…but we have a feeling they’ll be gone much sooner ;)

Do you have any vegan or gluten friendly options?

Yes! Matcha Buddies and Baaba's Mix are gluten friendly and vegan friendly. Gong Gong's Mix is vegan friendly.
