Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the U.S.
How long does shipping take?
We do our best to process your order within 3–5 business days. After that, delivery typically takes 7–10 days, depending on your location.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep!
If I selected local pickup, when will I be able to pick up my order?
To coordinate pickup, email us at hello@snackgochiso.com and include in the subject line: "Local Pickup - [Your Order #]" to arrange and confirm your pickup time.
You will receive a pickup notification via email as soon as your items are available for pickup.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our snacks are shelf-stable and come in a resealable bag with a silica packet. Product unopened will last 6 months. We recommend eating within one month of opening…but we have a feeling they’ll be gone much sooner ;)
Do you have any vegan or gluten friendly options?
Yes! Matcha Buddies and Baaba's Mix are gluten friendly and vegan friendly. Gong Gong's Mix is vegan friendly.
